Minimum quantity settings

The field

Setting	What it does
Show “Min.Quantity” in item’s screen	The field on the item card (“Disable if you do not need this field”).
Show “Min.Quantity” in list of Goods	The same value as a column in the goods list.
Excel column for Imp/Exp	Which spreadsheet column carries it in imports and exports (Do not use to leave it out).
Color for goods needing reorder	The highlight for items below their minimum — the same color as in View settings.

Alerts

Setting	What it does
Show Low Stock Alerts	The master switch for low-stock notifications.
Periodic check interval in hours (0 - instantly)	How often stock is compared against the minimums — 0 reacts to changes as they happen.

Good to know

• In StoDo Online, the list-column toggle is per-device; the rest of the screen belongs to the shared database (owner or admin profile to edit).
• Every setting on this screen also sits behind the on Minimum Quantity in Item fields — one setting, two doorways.
