How the app looks: theme, the colors that identify operation types everywhere, and how lists and the operation screen present themselves.
Themes
Section titled “Themes”| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| App theme | System · Dark theme · Light theme. |
List style
Section titled “List style”| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Goods | The catalog’s view mode: Table or Cards (small) / (medium) / (big) — the same picker the goods list offers. |
Operations
Section titled “Operations”| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Operation header | ”Always show operation header” — keep the number/date/contractor block open every time an operation opens. Off, the app remembers how you last left the header, separately per operation type (tap the top bar inside an operation to fold or unfold it). |
| Show Totals in Operations? | The totals footer at the bottom of an operation. |
| Show timestamps of operations and transactions | Adds the last-modified time to each operation in the journal and to the item lines inside an operation. |
Color settings for Minimum Quantity
Section titled “Color settings for Minimum Quantity”| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Color for goods needing reorder | The highlight for items below their minimum quantity. |
Operations colors
Section titled “Operations colors”One color per operation type: Incoming, Outgoing, Stock-taking, Transfer, Customer return, Supplier return. Tap a row to pick a color — it paints the type’s icon chip wherever operations appear: the journal, the new-operation menu, and an item card’s history.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- In StoDo Online, the App theme and the timestamps toggle are per-device — every teammate picks their own. The rest of this screen is shared with the database and editable only by the owner or an admin-profile user.
- Pick distinct operation colors and the journal reads at a glance — the icon glyph takes the color at full strength, its chip background at a soft 12%.
